It's World Bipolar Day, apparently.
I was diagnosed about 20 years ago. Diagnosis was a life changer for me. It went so far to explain a lot of bugs in the operating system I call my brain.
The combination with ADHD and CPTSD has been its own challenge. I've learned a lot about treatment, management, and possible roots. I continue to learn and develop new tools.
Thanks so much to everyone who's supported me all these years (before AND after my diagnosis).
If you have any bipolar (or mental health in general) questions, feel free to ask me privately. I might be able to offer some great resources for you or a loved one.
